Dr. Robert Browning Guest Speaker, Director, C-Span Archives

Listening to our guest speaker Dr. Robert Browning was extremely beneficial. He introduced me to C-SPAN's video library and taught us the best way to navigate this site. I gained insight on C-SPAN's history and learned that Purdue had the first university-licensed archive with a complete record of a network. C-Span is a nonprofit, broadcast network and is an unbiased TV station. It holds the lowest cost rates as well. This site will be beneficial to me in the future because I can use it for future projects as a primary source. He also taught us how to cut clips of videos and placing them online. I did not know how to do that so it will definitely help me while making projects.
